We built Wild Thyme as a place to slow down. Mornings start with coffee on the deck and the sound of the Gulf, afternoons drift between the pool and the sand, and evenings end with the sun sinking into the water.

Set directly on the beach in the gated Plantation community, Wild Thyme is a light-filled retreat with room for the whole family. Five bedrooms and a bunk room, five bathrooms, and wide open living spaces are dressed in soft, elevated coastal decor.
Step outside to a private pool and spa, rinse off in one of two outdoor showers, or take the elevator up to a deck with sweeping views across the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is right there, a few steps from the door.

Getting to St. George Island
St. George Island is reached by the Bryant Patton Bridge from Eastpoint, a scenic four-mile drive across Apalachicola Bay. Once on the island, the Plantation is a short drive west along Gulf Beach Drive.
